    • Changed surcharges on the office receipt, client receipt and deposit request so that they're calculated using rounding away from zero instead of banker's rounding. For banker's rounding, midpoint values are rounded to the nearest even number. For midpoint rounding, midpoint values are rounded to the next number away from zero. eg if you have a surcharge of 1.01% on an amount of $850, the surcharge is $8.585. With midpoint rounding it gets rounded to the next number away from zero which is $8.59. With bankers rounding it gets rounded to the nearest even number which is 8.58.

    • Progress Item - Modified the behaviour to disallow changing of completion date in the main grid (only able to change through the Done flag or the side panel). This is to align with how other dates are handled in this grid and to prevent date-sync issues encountered in this card.
    • Progress Item Side Panel - prevent status change event from setting the completion date to today when the user has set it to a different day.

    • Bank Reconciliations - Fixed an issue with the handling of reversed cash receipts in the bank rec printout - they were being handled correctly in all other parts of the bank rec but they were showing in the printout as undeposited receipts. This was changed so they don't show in the printout.
    • Bank Reconciliations - Modified the UX of the bank rec so that reversed transactions and transaction reversals don't show as suggested matches and so that if you click Find Match->Add Adjustment and select a reversed transaction or a transaction reversal, it gives you a warning saying that reversed transaction and transaction reversals generally shouldn't be matched to.
    • Bank Reconciliation - Add paging to the reconciliation window. Each page will show up to 100 transactions.
    • Client to Office Transfer - Modified the UX to allow the transfer of funds via BPAY to a credit card account. Users will receive a warning when Trust Accounting is enabled that this type of transfer is not recommended - it may contravene Trust regulations.
    • Invoices - Fixed an issue where the BPAY fields were not being populated in certain circumstances.
    • Timesheet - Modified the UI of the timesheet to show additional columns for totals with and without tax

All of the items and documents are now individual to each progress list and can be edited and reordered independent of other lists. Users are now able to create as many lists as they wish.

    • Accounts Reports - Added a Combined Ledger report which provides details for each matter of the total deposits, withdrawals and balances for both the Office and Client/Trust Account. Clicking on the preview report option will then provide a detailed breakdown for the individual matter of each of the transactions which have resulted in the total.

    • Preferences - For Trust Accounting purposes, the preferences have been changed so that in order to untick "Enforce Trust Account Requirements" it will be necessary to contact the support team. Changes to this setting will appear in the Trust Audit and System log reports.
    • Receipts - Fixed an issue where printing a receipt would show a credit card surcharge added twice in certain circumstances.
    • Reports - Change the names of the controlled money reports from Controlled Money Details to Controlled Money Movements and from Controlled Money Register to Controlled Money Summary.

    • Trust - Fixed an issue where it was not possible for a user to enter a statutory deposit amount without having permission to overdraw

    • Email Capture - Fixed an issue where manually captured emails where being de-duplicated even if Skip email already captured was not ticked.
    • Email Capture - Fixed an issue where the 'Auto assign office for new files' option was not registering when converting an email to a matter.
    • Email Capture Settings - Fixed an issue where the user choice about using multiple machines was not saving in a small number of cases.

Note that this setting only stops this user from being the one who automatically downloads items from the portal - useful if they are located on a slow connection that is having problems syncing. These users can still perform a manual download from the Portal.
    • Portal Window - Fixed an issue where white space after an email address cause the window to not display correctly
    • Portal Messages - Fixed an issue where you could not delete a web questionnaire message that failed to upload

    • Active Client Photo - Added a function to easily crop, edit and add an active client image. To easily add an active client image, drag and drop a photo you want to use on to the Documents tab. Then right click the image and choose Set as Active Matter Image. You will then be given an opportunity to edit/crop the image. The cropping dimensions are automatically set to the required ratio.
    • Admin - Upon loging in as administrator the admin will no longer be presented with a snapshot but instead will see an Administrator Functions shortcut window. This is part of our phasing out of the Administrator role for all non-settings/security processes.
    • Backup Downloads - Fixed an issue where backing up a large cloud DB to a local device was timing out and causing an error message to appear
    • Backup Notifier - Fixed an issue where clicking yes to the backup notifier did not display the backup screen
    • Log a Support Call - modified the behaviour of the log a support call system so that if it is unable to generate and save the system report it should still enable the user to log the request instead of freezing.
