Booking a Training Session
Our personal online training aims to provide new and existing users of Migration Manager with the Skills and Knowledge to use their software more efficiently and effectively in their day to day business. If you are new to Migration Manager or you just want to improve your skills, you can book personal online training with a member of our experienced training team.
How to book a Training Session
1. Accessing the ‘Book a Training Session’ option
From the Main Menu, select Help, then Booking a Training Session.
Your Web Browser will open at the Migration Manager Training Website.
2. Select which training course you would like to complete.
There are a number of predefined Training courses you can select.
If you have just Purchased Migration Manager, you will receive training as part of the purchase. If so, you will have received a Training Booking Code at time of installation. You can redeem this code by clicking on the Redeem Coupon button, then entering the code and clicking Apply.
Note: If you would like to book specific customised training (example. You have been a client for some time and would now like a training session focusing on a particular module like Portal), then you can select the Training option Migration Manager Additional or Advanced Training. Once the booking has been made, you can then email firstname.lastname@example.org, state in the email what date and time the booking has been made for and what area you would like to focus on. Our Trainers can then customise the lesson to suit your needs.
3. Select your time zone
Before making the booking, we need to know what Time Zone you are in. Select the Time Zone, then click Set time Zone
4. Select the Date & Time
Choose which Date you would like the training on:
Then choose the Time and click Continue.
5. Complete Contact and Payment Method
Complete your contact details:
And how you would like to pay:
For non-PayPal payments, enter your Credit Card details, then click Pay & Confirm.
The Booking will be made and you will receive an email confirming the booking.
