System Readiness Report
The System Readiness Report function is primarily used by the Installation Team and Support Department when installing and troubleshooting and should not normally need to be accessed outside of a support call. If you are asked by Support to run the System Readiness Report function, the process is simple.
1. Accessing the 'System Readiness Report'
From the Main Menu, select Help, then System Readiness Report.
2. Run the Analysis
Click the Begin Analysis button.
The System Readiness Report will appear.
3. Sending the System Analysis Report to Support.
If Support request a copy of the report, click the Send Results button.
This will create an email with the System Readiness Report attached.
