Monitor Background Tasks
The Monitor Background Tasks function is primarily used by the Support Department when troubleshooting and should not normally need to be accessed outside of a support call. If you are asked by Support to run the Monitor Background Tasks function, the process is simple.
Accessing Monitor Background Tasks
From the Main Menu, select Help, then Monitor Background Tasks.
The Monitor Background Tasks window will show a history of memory usage functions and what the memory usage was at that particular time.
If the Support Team would like a copy of the report, click the Export Log button, then send Support a copy of the Excel spreadsheet that the export creates.
