View All Contacts
In Migration Manager, you can store your relevant contacts which can then be linked to Matters.
Below described how to View, Add, Edit and Remove Contacts.
From the Main Menu, select Schedules, then Contacts, the View All Contacts.
To view the details of a contact, select the Contact from the left pane to view their details in the right pane.
You can also Filter Contacts in two ways:
- By entering part of the contacts name in the Name field.
- By Selecting the Contact Type from the Type dropdown list.
Adding a New Contact
1. Click Add New Contact
To add a new Contact, click the Add New Contact button.
2. Complete the Contacts Details
Complete the Contact Details including the Contact Address Details and sub-tabs.
To Save, click Add to Contacts.
Removing a Contact
If a Contact is no longer needed, it can be removed.
Removing a Contact does not delete it from Migration Manager, it just removes it from the Contact List. It can be Reactivated if required using the Reactive Contact Person function.
- Select the Contact to Remove.
- Click Remove Contact.
- Then click YES to confirm.
