Legal Basis/Consent - How to Create & Edit
Migration Manager the ability to set the Legal Basis/Consent on a Matter via the More button on the Cover Page. The Basis list can be edited to add a new Basis or delete an unwanted basis.
1. Access the Legal Basis list
From the Main Menu, select Schedules, then Legal Basis.
2. Add a new Legal Basis
From the Legal Basis Schedule window, click the +Add Button.
3. Complete the Basis
Enter the description of the Legal Basis, then click OK.
The new Legal Basis will appear
4. Close
Once complete, click the Close button.
Deleting a Legal Basis
To delete a Legal Basis, simply right-click on the Basis you wish to delete and select Delete Legal Basis.
Then click YES to confirm deletion.
