Case Officers - How to Create & Edit
In Migration Manager you can create and store a list of Department Case Officers which can then be selected via the Dept tab of the Matter.
1. Accessing Case Officers
From the Main Menu, select Schedules, then Dept, then Case Officers.
2. Add a new Case Officer
From Dept Case Officer window, click the + button.
3. Enter Details
Enter the Details of the Case Officer.
4. Close
Once the details have been entered, simply click Close.
Deleting a Case Officer
To Delete a Case Officer, simply right-click on the Officer and select Delete Selected Case Officer.
