Creating a custom merge field signature block

MM’s letter function provides you the functionality to create or edit letters or email templates with merge fields that will pull the relevant data from the client file to streamline the communication drafting template. 

The Custom Merge Fields schedule enables you to create a SignatureBlock that you can use on a range of letter templates. This will ensure that your communications are consistent in format. The merge fields include –

Once you have set up the SignatureBlock in a format, you can access this in the Custom Merge Fields grouping in Letter,as shown below.
